IJPHI Global Publishing House and its flagship journal International Journal of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Innovation (IJPHI) are committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics, transparency, and quality. Our policies reflect globally accepted publishing practices to ensure credibility, fairness, and academic integrity.

Book and Book Chapter Publishing Policy

IJPHI Global Publishing House also offers professional academic book and chapter publication services.

We welcome proposals for edited volumes, monographs, conference books, textbooks, and thematic books across multidisciplinary subjects, especially in pharmaceutical, biomedical, and healthcare sciences.

📘 Book Publishing

  • We accept single-author and multi-author academic books.
  • All submitted manuscripts undergo internal editorial review and plagiarism screening.
  • ISBN and DOI will be assigned to every published book.
  • Books are published in print and digital formats, with global indexing and distribution.

📗 Book Chapter Publishing

  • Chapters should be original and unpublished and follow the editor’s theme and format.
  • Each chapter will be peer-reviewed or editorially assessed for relevance and quality.
  • Individual chapters are assigned DOIs and properly indexed.
  • Contributors retain rights to their work with proper credit.

✅ Additional Guidelines

  • All authors must sign a copyright agreement before publication.
  • Published books and chapters are marketed through our platform and partner networks (Amazon, Google Books, etc.).
  • We follow the same ethical and quality standards as journal publications, including plagiarism checks, peer review, and open access licensing (when applicable).

Editorial & Peer Review Policy

  • We follow a double-blind peer review process for all submissions.
  • At least two independent experts review manuscripts to ensure scientific quality and originality.
  • Editors are responsible for final decisions and maintaining confidentiality throughout the process.

Open Access Policy

  • All articles published under IJPHI are freely accessible online, without subscription or access barriers.
  • This ensures wider dissemination of research and compliance with open science practices.
  • Authors retain copyright, and articles are licensed under CC-BY (Creative Commons Attribution License).

Plagiarism & Originality Policy

  • All manuscripts are screened using Turnitin/iThenticate/Drillbit before peer review.
  • A similarity index above 10% may lead to rejection or revision, depending on content analysis.
  • We strongly discourage duplicate submissions, salami slicing, and text recycling.

Ethics and Malpractice Policy

  • IJPHI Global follows guidelines from the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).
  • Any unethical behaviour, including falsification, manipulation of data/images, or undisclosed conflicts of interest, will result in rejection or retraction.
  • Allegations of misconduct are handled through a transparent and documented investigation process.

Retraction & Correction Policy

  • Articles/book chapters/books with major ethical or scientific concerns may be retracted.
  • Minor corrections (e.g., author names, affiliations) are published as errata or corrigenda.
  • Retractions are marked clearly and permanently available.

Copyright Policy

  • Authors retain full copyright of their work.
  • Upon publication, authors grant IJPHI Global the right to archive, distribute, and promote their article.
  • Content reuse must acknowledge the original publication with proper citation.

Indexing & Archiving Policy

  • All published content is digitally archived and backed up for long-term access.
  • IJPHI is indexed in reputed scholarly databases to ensure visibility and citation impact.
  • Articles are assigned DOIs and stored on secure servers.

Publication Charges Policy

  • Authors may be required to pay Article Processing Charges (APC) upon acceptance as per journal policy.
  • Charges cover peer review, editorial management, layout, DOI assignment, and online hosting.
  • APC details are clearly stated on the journal website and are non-refundable once peer review begins.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All submitted manuscripts and correspondence are kept strictly confidential.
  • The identities of the reviewer and author are not disclosed under any circumstances.
  • Data shared by authors (e.g., figures, tables, raw data) is used solely for review and publication purposes.

Advertising & Sponsorship Policy

  • Any advertisements hosted on IJPHI Global platforms are clearly marked and do not influence editorial content.
  • Sponsorship does not impact editorial decisions or peer-review processes.

Anti-discrimination Policy

  • IJPHI Global ensures equal opportunities for authors, reviewers, and editors regardless of gender, religion, race, or nationality.
  • We promote a culture of academic inclusivity and fairness.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Once an article/book chapter/book enters peer review, no refund will be provided for paid APCs.
  • Cancellation requests must be made before editorial processing begins.
